It’s the start of my favorite time of year!

The ‘Ber months, as I like to call them, are my favorite months of the year. Football season, Thanksgiving, Christmas: these months are full of my favorite holidays and events. This September is going to be eventful, and I have a lot of exciting changes coming.

I’m changing my website!

If you’re reading this, then you’ve probably already seen the changes on my website. I’m in the process of rebranding across all of my platforms including my website and my social media pages. This rebrand is my effort at being more cohesive with my marketing as I start this new series. I had some trouble finding my target market and readers with my first series, and I’m determined not to let that happen again. You’re going to see me shift to a different aesthetic for my Instagram posts, and I’ll be focusing a lot more on sharing my book cover with quotes and other information about the book to increase my marketing.

I’m changing my book!

Well, the title of kind of misleading. The book isn’t really changing that much. When I started doing more market research for the genre my superhero books will be in, I realized two things. First, my cover didn’t match my genre. Second, my tags on Amazon were not adequate for marketing purposes. Iron Healer is still the same book that it was always going to be, but it has gotten a few upgrades along the way. I have the new cover, and it is perfect. I’m going to be sharing the cover with the world on September 13th because I just can’t wait any longer.

Along with a new cover, Iron Healer is getting a new release date. If you haven’t been around recently, I just had a baby in July. This was our third kiddo, and he has brought such joy to our home. However, my life has been BUSY. Having three kids under the age of four is tough, but we’re getting back into a groove and routine. I made the decision a few weeks ago to push back the release of Iron Healer to give me time to fully write and edit the story, making sure to produce the best possible work for everyone. Right now, the plan is Spring of 2025 but watch out for a more official release date in the future.

I’ve worked really hard to create a website to keep everything in one place for my readers, so I’m planning to really utilize this space in the coming months. I’m going to have writing updates, book progress, big announcements, and life updates throughout the website and blog posts.
